  • In order to provide you with better service, PrintPLANR collects basic information from you. Either personal (name, address, email address, contact, etc) or non personal (domain used by you to access our website) will never be sold to other parties by us.

    As in case of the mobile app, it may ask you to turn your device’s location on. Information collected by using this will be utilized to provide you with our services. If you have opted to receive marketing emails from us, you will be sent across emails regarding new products, etc.

    For us to better understand what your preferences are, do not forget to enable cookies in your browser. Cookies help a web server store your browsing information on your hard disk in the form of a text file. Clearly, if you disable cookies, you will not have access to all the features available from our end to you.

    When it comes to terms of payment, we are tied up with accounting packages for your benefit. Whatever information you provide during this phase will also obviously be shared with the relevant third party. Also, you will need to agree to their terms and conditions as well. Rest assured, your information will still be secure.

    There may arise a need wherein we would have to disclose your personal information – this would only be true in case such a disclosure is required by the law.

    GDPR for PrintPLANR website visitors:

    PrintPLANR is GDPR-compliant:

    • Developers, testers, designers, writers are well aware of GDPR, its importance and strictly comply to it.
    • We have our clients sign a written data processing agreement (DPA) that includes specific and detailed mandatory obligations set out in the GDPR. We are data processor and thus the agreement does not include what client, as a data controller, will follow regarding GDPR.
    • Data protection officer (DPO) oversees and ensures our GDPR compliance.
    • PrintPLANR collects personal information including name, email, phone number for contacting them to arrange a demo or for IT consultation in case they have requested.
    • All information thus collected is secure as we use SSL to encrypt that information. Our server is further protected with necessary firewall and passwords.
    • Your provided information will only be used internally for marketing and SEO purposes.
    • We provide you an option to accept or deny cookies. We destroy cookies once you exit our website and thus do not store cookies for any purpose.
    • We use tracking for business intelligence purposes. You can choose ‘Do Not Track’ if you wish not to be tracked during the time that you will be browsing our website.
    • On client’s request, a copy of their stored personal data will be provided. We will never use any information of the client without their consent.
    • We assure all protection from our end to ensure that data is not lost, destroyed, or disclosed to unauthorized individuals.
    • The right to erasure or the right to be forgotten – All data will be deleted on client’s request in case of contract termination or on client’s request – verbally or in writing. (Article 17)
    • Any unfortunate event of data breach will be reported to the necessary authorities and includes the nature of the breach, number of affected customers & their category and likely consequences of the breach.
    • Either ‘Pseudonymisation’ or ‘Anonymizaton’ of personal data is followed – processing of personal data is processed in such a way that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information. (Article 25)

    Note: Our GDPR compliance is only with our direct clients (B2B and B2C owners) and does not apply to their customers. Clients are solely responsible for GDPR compliance with their respective clients.
